This Cherry Lime and Basil Shrub Soda was perfected in the Marz Brewing laboratory with Balaton Cherries from Michigan. Balaton Cherries have a dark, burgundy color throughout with a robust, sweet-tart taste. It pairs perfectly with some pungent Basil and the acidity found in limes.
